When notice is published that the meeting of the House will start while the meeting of the committee is in progress or that the meeting of the committee will start while the meeting of the house is in progress, the meeting of the house or committee will start accordingly and the meeting of the house or committee in progress will end. If the period between the dates does not differ by more than seven days, the office bearer or member participating in the current meeting will get the facility of travel allowance as per this Act only after the end of the house or committee meeting which started later.
